[glow=red,2,300] [/glow] As many of you are aware, a proper zombie invasion plan for any town is a necessity. Also, some of you may have noticed a lack of said plans here in Johto Region. I have plans to change that. Testing has already been conducted in the newly constructed North West Fortress (portal coming soon, walking path eventually), and has succeeded. If anyone wishes to see the system in action, there will soon be a path created to the NW fortress from Town. For those of you that are impatient, you can find the North West Fortress on the Dynamic Map at kanto.us.to:8123Plans to incorporate this in the main town is awaiting approval from the rest of The Council. Upon receiving the go-ahead, I will personally start creating the system. However, this will still require participation by all members who own a home in the Town's Suburbs. I will need to know who will be wanting a tunnel hookup to their house, and what house it is that they own. Please proceed to comment.

Zoning has begun now for the Zombie Invasion Escape routes. Any and all wiring needing to be placed near ground level will be marked. If you have a request for your house in the neighborhood to be added to the Zombie Escape Network[working title], please comment immediately, or forever hold your insecurity.
Detailed plans follow in comment below.

The Zombie Escape Network will consist of 5 elements. These are those elements: - Tunnel systems. These will be tunnels leading from participants' homes to the Recovery Colony.
- Alarms. In the event of a Zombie Invasion, these alarms, placed throughout New Bark, will alert residents to flee to the nearest Zombie Escape Tunnel
- Recovery Colony. This is where all residents of New Bark and surrounding territories will stay until Quarantine is complete. It will be similar to New Bark in that it will have plenty of resources, as well as residential areas for resting available.
- Quarantine. This will consist of a team dedicated to the protection of New Bark citizens. Quarantine members will ensure that all citizens able to be saved are moved to the Recovery Colony. Quarantine members will then perform the Quarantine Process, which will hope to remove all Zombies from the Town. In the event that Quarantine fails, Operation Backdoor will initiate.
- Operation Backdoor. Should Quarantine fail, and Zombies are still inhabiting New Bark, then Operation Backdoor will initiate. This operation removes all survivors from New Bark and the Recovery Colony and transports them to a safe-haven in NewKanto.
Completion of the Zombie Escape Network follows in the next comment.

The completion of the Zombie Escape Network is as shows. It has been broken down into parts for a more detailed display. Tunnels | 0% | Alarms | 0% | Recovery Colony | 0% | Quarantine | 0% | Operation Backdoor | 0% |
I will update this post as developments occur. Notes: None yet.
